What Would You Do?

Imagine waking up this morning not knowing where your next meal is going to come from. Imagine sitting in your home as the cold of winter embraces Northeast Ohio knowing that you can’t afford your heat bill. Imagine trying to figure out where you are going to sleep tonight because you don’t have a home of your own to go to. What would you do?

There are many in our community who must answer these questions every day. They need food to feed their children or shelter from the frigid grip of winter. Or, sometimes, they simply need help dealing with an unexpected emergency that throws their whole life into disarray. For these moments, United Way’s 2-1-1 First Call for Help is there to offer a helping hand.
